Utah and her sister Tessie came to us all the way from Russia! Some kind volunteers brought them to us so they could find a good life here in Canada. Utah and her sister Tessie came to us all the way from Russia! Some kind volunteers brought them to us so they could find a good life here in Canada. Tessie was found with a group of puppies close to a highway near Moscow. She had been living in very poor conditions. The volunteers gave her good food and vitamins, and they discovered how charming she is! She lived in a foster home for a few months. A newly married couple took her home, but things didn’t work out. The couple separated, and the adoptive mom couldn’t cope, so she asked the volunteers to take Tessie back. By now Tessie was a big adult dog,.so finding a home was more difficult. Tessie is very smart, beautiful, and well behaved. She had volunteers who loved her and cared for her. They can’t wait to hear all about her happy-ever-after.
