Freddy

Type:
cat
Breed:
Domestic Short Hair
Colour:
Tabby and White
Sex:
Male Neutered
DOB:
10/14/2011
Adoption Status: Adopted Description:
Freddy is a lovable teddy bear who is a little overweight and could use help from his new guardians to help him shed a few pounds to make life more comfortable for him and help him have a healthier longer life! He loves to play and is eager for food so playtime should be a daily activity and interactive treat/food feeders would be a great idea for potential adopters they can be homemade and are fun for any kitty. This is what volunteer Ray has to share about Freddy: "You really have to come in to see Freddy because our photos and mere words do not do him justice. He is a great cat in so many ways! He is very outgoing and affectionate. If you go to pet him, he will roll onto his side and back so you get the whole Freddy experience. He’s also playful with dangling toys to bat around. At our store he often walks to where our slatted wall is, where he can look out to the entry door to see if his people are coming to get him. Wherever Freddy was, he was loved, as he allows himself to be picked up and does not struggle. Adopting Freddy will be very rewarding, as all he wants is someone to love him and he’ll be a great addition to your family." He will need to be the only cat in his forever home.

Adopted: Nov-18-17

Pita

Type:
cat
Breed:
Domestic Short Hair
Colour:
Black and White
Sex:
Female Spayed
DOB:
3 years
Adoption Status: Adopted Description:
This is what volunteer Ray has to share about Pita: "Pita is a wonderful 3 year old girl who loves being at a height where it is easy for people to pet her. She also enjoys gentle belly scratches, and when you pet her she’ll look right at you, showing her delight with a contented purr. When you stop petting and go to move your hand, she reaches out with both of her paws (no claws of course) to grasp your hand and encourage you to continue. Pita gets along great with all our other cats and kittens. She enjoys being up on our table when we sit there and just wants to be part of the group. If you adopt Pita it will be a blessing in your life as well as hers, and you will never be lonely."
