Kegler

Type:
dog
Breed:
terrier shepherd mix
Colour:
black
Sex:
male neutered
DOB:
Nov 20, 2009
Adoption Status: Adopted Description:
Kegler has been in a foster home for awhile now and has learned so much. His foster mom, Renee, is very excited to report how much he has improved. He is much less fearful, and is finally able to relax a little and enjoy life. He enjoys the company of other dogs and he has learned to love long walks on the treadmill. He is confident in his agility training and is gradually learning not to be so nervous. Kegler is a little gem, and he is now ready to find his forever home. His new family should be able to spend a lot of time with him so he isn't afraid, and ideally there should be another dog in the home. Kegler was a BARK rescued dog from Louisiana, so he has had a very tough start to his life. He deserves all the love and affection in the world. If you are interested in Kegler, please call the shelter. Arrangements can be made to visit Kegler or to speak with his foster mom. KEGLER IS ONE OF THE "IT'S MY TURN" PETS.

tabby
Sex:
female spayed
DOB:
four years
Adoption Status: Adopted Description:
I was found on the streets and brought to the shelter last December. I was a very lucky girl and was adopted in February. Unfortunately in April my new Mom decided she couldn't take care of a kitty anymore and she surrendered me back to the Shelter. That's made me very sad. I'm a nervous girl around so many other kitties in the main enclosure so I always sneak into the back room where I feel safe. Unfortunately if I'm hiding back there I don't get to meet our visitors and won't get adopted that way! I’m in the big enclosure up front now so I have a chance to meet our visitors and hopefully find someone to love me and take me to my forever, ever home. I am very affectionate and would be so happy for you to sit with me in my private space so you can get to know me better and possibly fall in love with me. Just ask one of the volunteers on duty and that can be arranged. I look forward to meeting you.. LEANORA IS ONE OF THE "IT'S MY TURN" PETS

Sex:

DOB:
April 2010
Adoption Status: Adopted Description:
I was brought to the Humane Society when I was a 3 month old baby so I have lived in a protected environment most of my life. I was so happy when I was adopted in June of this year. Unfortunately the kitty that already lived in my new home did not want any other kitties moving in and I was brought back after only one week. I don't understand that as I am an extremely friendly outgoing girl who loves everybody and gets along very well with all the kitties here. When I lived a Global Pets the ladies there thought I was a perfect companion and would fit in any caring household. Please come in and meet me and let me give you a chance to see what a wonderful addition I could make to your family. BUBBLICIOUS IS ONE OF THE "IT'S MY TURN" PETS

He seemed a little afraid of us at first but once he knew he could trust us he was very loving and for a puppy he was a very good walker. He would keep looking back to make sure I was following him. He seemed full of energy but doesn’t know what to do with a ball yet."
